Group Classes

Each class is designed to inspire and educate students in the art of Yoga.  By following a sequence of yoga postures the body is extended, twisted, bent and stretched.  During practice, students will study alignment and precision in yoga postures developing a more insightful understanding of the body’s architecture.
Yoga will stretch the stiff parts and strengthen the weak part, generating vibrancy and energy.  The muscles, joints and nerves are strengthened and the whole system is rejuvenated. Yoga promotes weight loss and increases flexibility. As a result of continuous practice the body learns to let go of pain, fatigue and stress and builds strength, endurance and a sense of balance.


Private Classes

Yoga
One on One or small group yoga classes are designed to help participants work at their own pace and focus on their specific health issues and needs. These sessions can be very effective at preparing students to attend regular group classes by giving step by step guidelines on how to work safely and with confidence. Private session are also a wonderful inspiration to help develop a daily home practice.

Meditation
Private one on one mindfulness and meditation training sessions will help new practitioners get settled and get started. You will also be able to ask questions and get personal feedback. One on one sessions can be beneficial to all practitioners and help support daily meditation practice for beginners and more experienced meditators.

Restorative Classes

The focus of this class is to rest and relax the body, allowing the body and mind to be nurtured and rejuvenated by a sequence of passive yoga postures.  Using yoga props to support the body in each posture, a deep relaxation of the ‘whole body’ takes place. 
As the body lets go of physical stress, the mind relaxes and becomes peaceful and quiet.
